With a 20-year foundation in Automotive Finance and Sales Management right here in Dallas, followed by 20+ years in the flooring industry, he knows exactly how to help homeowners navigate their projects with confidence. Monty is a sports enthusiast through and through (especially when it comes to the NBA) and has a passion for sports cars and motorcycles. His favorite way to recharge? Traveling to any destination with a stunning summer water view.
Amanda
Family is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are thrilled to have Amanda Abbott (sister to our owner!) on the team. After pivoting from a previous career, Amanda is currently wearing many hats as she learns every role within the business. Her goal is simple: to support our growth and ensure every customer feels like part of the family. Amanda lives in Kaufman, TX with her husband, Chad, and stays busy keeping up with her two energetic boys, Logan and Clayton. Whether she’s at the fields attending a baseball tournament or courtside at a basketball game or even spending time with her church community at Life Pointe Church, Amanda brings that same energy and heart to our team every day.
Wendy
Wendy brings 14 years of experience in the tile and flooring industry, along with a strong design eye and natural sense of style. She is known for her fun personality, approachable nature, and commitment to taking great care of her customers throughout the entire process. Wendy has a talent for making things feel easy and simple, guiding clients one step at a time while ensuring each design vision is thoughtful and well-planned. She also has a unique ability to bring an element of surprise—helping customers discover ideas and details they didn’t even know they wanted.
