Estimates and quotations
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. An estimate becomes binding only once both parties have signed a written agreement. Where conditions found after work begins, subfloor damage, moisture, or structural issues not visible at the time of measuring, change the scope, we will stop and agree any revision with you in writing before continuing.
Workmanship and warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship as stated in your written agreement (1-year labor warranty on all work). Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms, including requirements for maintenance and suitable use. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident, flooding, or alterations made by others.
SMS and text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from All About Floors relating to appointment reminders, estimate follow-up and job updates for customers who ask us to contact them.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to get an estimate or hire us.
- Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (972) 564-5533.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the subcontractors and service providers who help us deliver the messaging service itself, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Where financing is offered it is provided by a third-party lender on their terms, and approval is at their discretion.
Website content
We take care to keep this site accurate, but product availability, pricing and specifications change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; the written agreement governs. Photographs show our own completed work unless captioned otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, and any dispute will be brought in the courts serving Forney, TX.
